Corporate Strikers Cricket Council (CSCC)

By accessing or using the Corporate Strikers website, mobile platforms, or participating in any activities organized by Corporate Strikers Cricket Council (CSCC) (“CSCC”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services or participating in our activities.


1. About the Organization

Corporate Strikers Cricket Council (CSCC) is a community-driven cricket council that organizes recreational and competitive cricket activities, leagues, tours, and networking events for corporate professionals and members.


2. Eligibility

  • Membership and participation are open to individuals aged 24 years and above.

  • Participation is subject to approval by CSCC management.

  • CSCC reserves the right to accept or reject any membership or participation request without the obligation to provide reasons.


3. Membership Terms

  • Membership is valid for the period specified at the time of enrollment.

  • Membership fees (if applicable) are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless explicitly stated otherwise by CSCC.

  • Membership grants eligibility to participate in CSCC activities but does not guarantee selection in matches, leagues, tours, or events.


4. Participation in Matches & Events

  • All matches, leagues, tours, and events are conducted at the discretion of CSCC.

  • Team selection, match schedules, venues, and formats are final and binding.

  • CSCC reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any activity due to weather conditions, operational constraints, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Code of Conduct

All members and participants must:

  • Maintain sportsmanship, discipline, and respect toward fellow players, organizers, officials, and venues.

  • Refrain from abusive language, violence, discrimination, or any form of misconduct on or off the field.

  • Follow match rules, safety guidelines, and decisions taken by organizers and umpires.

CSCC reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for any misconduct, without refund.


6. Health, Fitness & Liability Disclaimer

  • Participation in cricket and related activities involves physical exertion and inherent risk of injury.

  • Members confirm that they are medically fit to participate.

  • CSCC shall not be liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage suffered during or related to participation in any activity.

  • Participation is entirely at the member’s own risk.


7. Tours & Travel

  • Annual cricket tours (national or international) are optional and subject to separate terms, costs, and confirmations.

  • CSCC is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, visa issues, personal losses, or third-party service failures.

  • Tour payments once made are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.


8. Media, Photography & Content Usage

  • CSCC may capture photos, videos, and other media during matches and events.

  • By participating, members grant CSCC the right to use such content for promotional, marketing, and digital purposes without compensation.

  • Members may not commercially use CSCC branding, logos, or content without prior written permission.


9. Website Usage

  • Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt services.

  • All content on the website, including logos, text, visuals, and branding, is the intellectual property of CSCC unless stated otherwise.


10. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments made towards memberships, events, leagues, or tours are final unless a written refund policy is explicitly communicated.

  • CSCC is not responsible for payment gateway failures or banking delays beyond its control.


11. Termination of Access

CSCC reserves the right to suspend or terminate website access, membership, or participation rights in case of policy violations, misconduct, or misuse of services.


12. Changes to Terms

CSCC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the website or participation in activities constitutes acceptance of revised terms.


13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts.
