Membership Policy

Corporate Strikers Cricket Council (CSCC)

This Membership Policy defines the rules, benefits, and responsibilities associated with becoming a member of Corporate Strikers Cricket Council (CSCC) (“CSCC”, “we”, “our”, “us”).


1. Membership Objective

CSCC membership is designed to build a disciplined, professional cricketing community that promotes:

  • Regular cricket participation

  • Sportsmanship and fitness

  • Networking among corporate professionals

  • Long-term community engagement


2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for CSCC membership:

  • Applicants must be 24 years of age or above

  • Applicants should align with the values of discipline, professionalism, and fair play

  • Membership approval is subject to CSCC management’s discretion

CSCC reserves the right to accept or reject any application without obligation to provide reasons.


3. Membership Validity

  • Membership is valid for one (1) year from the start date communicated at the time of enrollment.

  • Expired memberships must be renewed to continue participation in CSCC activities.

  • No extensions will be provided for inactive or partially used memberships.


4. Membership Benefits

Active CSCC members are eligible to:

  • Participate in regular weekend and public holiday matches

  • Be considered for CSCC leagues and tournaments, including CSL

  • Register for the annual cricket tour (national or international)

  • Attend the annual CSCC networking meetup

  • Be part of CSCC’s official communication groups and updates

Participation is subject to availability, selection, and event-specific terms.


5. Membership Fees

  • Membership fees, if applicable, are communicated during enrollment.

  • All membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Fees do not guarantee match selection or playing time.


6. Selection & Participation

  • Match and team selection is based on availability, rotation, team balance, and management decisions.

  • CSCC does not guarantee participation in every match or event.

  • Members must confirm availability within communicated timelines.


7. Member Responsibilities

All members are expected to:

  • Follow CSCC’s Code of Conduct

  • Respect teammates, opponents, organizers, and venues

  • Adhere to schedules, confirmations, and match rules

  • Maintain discipline on and off the field

  • Represent CSCC positively in public and digital platforms


8. Disciplinary Action

CSCC reserves the right to:

  • Issue warnings

  • Suspend match participation

  • Terminate membership without refund

Disciplinary actions may be taken in cases of misconduct, indiscipline, non-compliance, or reputational harm to CSCC.


9. Voluntary Exit

  • Members choosing to leave CSCC before membership expiry are not entitled to refunds or fee adjustments.

  • Membership benefits cease immediately upon exit.


10. Renewal Policy

  • Membership renewal must be completed before or upon expiry to avoid disruption.

  • Renewal terms and fees may be revised annually.


11. Policy Updates

CSCC may revise this Membership Policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued participation implies acceptance of updated terms.


12. Governing Law

This Membership Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
