Player Code of Conduct

Corporate Strikers Cricket Council (CSCC)

This Player Code of Conduct applies to all members, players, and participants associated with Corporate Strikers Cricket Council (CSCC) (“CSCC”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By participating in any CSCC activity, players agree to comply with the following standards of behavior.


1. Purpose of the Code

The purpose of this Code is to:

  • Promote sportsmanship, respect, and fair play

  • Ensure a safe, professional, and inclusive environment

  • Protect the reputation and values of CSCC


2. General Behavior

All players must:

  • Conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times

  • Treat teammates, opponents, organizers, officials, and venue staff with dignity

  • Follow instructions issued by CSCC coordinators and match officials


3. On-Field Conduct

Players must:

  • Respect the decisions of umpires and organizers without argument

  • Avoid aggressive behavior, sledging, or intentional intimidation

  • Play within the spirit and rules of the game

  • Refrain from damaging ground property or equipment


4. Off-Field Conduct

Players must:

  • Maintain discipline before, during, and after matches or events

  • Avoid alcohol, substance abuse, or disruptive behavior at CSCC events

  • Refrain from actions that may harm CSCC’s reputation


5. Communication & Digital Conduct

Players must:

  • Maintain respectful communication in WhatsApp groups, social media, and online forums

  • Avoid abusive language, political or religious arguments, and personal attacks

  • Not spread misinformation, internal disputes, or confidential matters publicly


6. Safety & Fitness

  • Players participate at their own risk and must ensure they are medically fit

  • Any injuries or medical conditions should be responsibly disclosed

  • Safety instructions provided by CSCC must be followed at all times


7. Attendance & Commitment

  • Players must confirm availability within specified timelines

  • Repeated no-shows or late withdrawals may result in reduced selection priority or disciplinary action

  • Punctuality is expected for matches, meetings, and events


8. Disciplinary Actions

CSCC reserves the right to take appropriate action for violations, including:

  • Verbal or written warnings

  • Temporary suspension from matches or events

  • Termination of membership without refund

The decision of CSCC management shall be final and binding.


9. Zero-Tolerance Policy

CSCC enforces zero tolerance for:

  • Physical violence or threats

  • Discrimination based on caste, religion, gender, or background

  • Harassment, bullying, or intimidation


10. Acknowledgement

Participation in any CSCC activity confirms that the player has read, understood, and agreed to abide by this Code of Conduct.


11. Amendments

CSCC reserves the right to amend this Code at any time without prior notice.
Continued participation implies acceptance of updated terms.


12. Governing Law

This Code of Conduct shall be governed by the laws of India.
