This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing payments made to Corporate Strikers Cricket Council (CSCC) (“CSCC”, “we”, “our”, “us”) for memberships, matches, leagues, events, tours, and related services.
1. General Policy
All payments made to CSCC are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
By making a payment, members and participants acknowledge and accept this policy.
2. Membership Fees
Membership fees, once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Membership validity remains fixed for the specified period, irrespective of participation level.
3. Match, League & Event Fees
Fees paid for matches, leagues, tournaments, or networking events are non-refundable.
Non-attendance, withdrawal, or disqualification by the participant does not qualify for a refund.
CSCC reserves the right to modify match formats, venues, or schedules without refund obligations.
4. Cricket Tours (National & International)
Tour registrations are optional and governed by separate communication.
All tour payments are non-refundable, as they involve advance bookings and third-party commitments.
CSCC is not responsible for refunds due to:
Travel delays or cancellations
Visa rejection or travel restrictions
Personal emergencies or medical issues
Any refund, if applicable, will be strictly subject to third-party service provider policies.
5. Event Cancellation by CSCC
In case CSCC cancels an event, match, or activity due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, operational issues, force majeure), CSCC may:
Reschedule the event, or
Adjust the payment toward a future activity
Refunds are not guaranteed and will be at the sole discretion of CSCC.
6. Payment Failures & Errors
CSCC is not responsible for payment gateway failures, bank delays, or technical errors beyond its control.
Any duplicate payment issues must be reported within 7 days for review.
7. No Cash Refunds
CSCC does not process refunds in cash under any circumstances.
Any approved adjustment will be handled through the original payment method or as future credits.
8. Policy Updates
CSCC reserves the right to amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued participation implies acceptance of updated terms.
9. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
